Arnaldo Añez brings extensive leadership experience in aviation, business development, and strategic management. With a background as Director of Business Development at Avior Airlines and as a long-standing Director–Shareholder at Essenza, he has led initiatives focused on sustainable growth, operational alignment, and value optimization. His expertise in strategic planning, negotiation, and corporate development positions him as the driving force behind ECG’s long-term vision and expansion across the Americas.
Carlos González Liscano
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
With over three decades of experience in operational management, industrial inspection, and large-scale project supervision, Carlos González serves as the backbone of ECG’s operational excellence. As Operations Director at Essenza and Director-Shareholder at Asfaltos Zuata, he has specialized in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and technical oversight across complex manufacturing and energy environments. His strong technical background and certified expertise in nondestructive testing and inspection ensure that ECG maintains the highest standards of reliability and safety in all operations.
Francisco M. Pérez
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Francisco Pérez brings a solid foundation in financial analysis, budgeting, cost control, and supplier management to ECG. Having served as a Cost Control Analyst and Purchasing Agent, he has developed strong capabilities in financial reporting, forecasting, and contract negotiation. His academic background in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Finance, combined with experience in account management and data-driven decision-making, enables him to lead ECG’s financial strategy with discipline, transparency, and long-term value creation.
Rosemary Anderico
Strategic Planning Manager
Rosemary Anderico brings extensive experience in strategic planning, project management, and operational oversight within large-scale infrastructure and energy projects. As Strategic Planning Manager at Essenza Services, she has led planning, scheduling, and control activities for complex projects involving PDVSA and major industrial contractors. Her background in quality management systems, project execution, and multidisciplinary coordination strengthens ECG’s governance with a strong focus on structure, efficiency, and long-term operational sustainability.
